Client Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding their preferences and availability.

Third‑Party Vendors

Experiences curated by Its.Curatd often involve third‑party vendors such as restaurants, venues, hotels, or service providers who operate under their own policies.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Its.Curatd website including branding, design, text, and imagery remains the property of Its.Curatd.

Limitation of Liability

Its.Curatd is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in curated experiences.

Booking Request & Deposit Policy

Consultation

All clients begin with a consultation to discuss their preferences, occasion, and vision for the curated experience.

Deposits

A deposit is required before Its.Curatd begins planning and vendor coordination.

Deposits secure planning time, research, and vendor coordination.

Payment Structure

  • Deposit required to initiate planning
  • Remaining balance due prior to confirmation of reservations or experiences

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because each experience is curated specifically for the client, deposits are non‑refundable once planning has begun. Clients may request to reschedule when possible, however changes are subject to vendor availability and timing. Reservations secured through third‑party vendors may be subject to the vendor’s cancellation policies.

Client Service Agreement

Scope of Services

Its.Curatd provides personalized experience curation services tailored to the client’s request including research, recommendations, reservations, and vendor coordination.

Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay service fees outlined in the invoice provided.

Vendor Coordination

Its.Curatd may coordinate bookings with restaurants, venues, hotels, or other vendors on behalf of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and respond to planning communications when required.

Cancellation

Deposits are non‑refundable once planning services have begun.

Limitation of Liability

Its.Curatd shall not be liable for vendor cancellations, delays, or service changes beyond its control.

Force Majeure

Its.Curatd shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control including severe weather, travel disruptions, government restrictions, emergencies, or vendor closures.

Vendor Disclaimer

Its.Curatd acts as a curator and coordinator of experiences. Restaurants, venues, hotels, and other vendors operate independently and maintain their own policies. While we carefully select partners, Its.Curatd is not responsible for vendor actions, pricing changes, cancellations, or service quality.

Confidentiality Clause

Its.Curatd respects the privacy and discretion of its clients.

 

Personal information, event details, and communications shared with Its.Curatd will be treated as confidential and will only be disclosed when necessary to coordinate services related to the client’s experience.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that Its.Curatd provides consultation, planning, research, and coordination services. Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for services that have already been rendered. Any concerns must be addressed directly with Its.Curatd so that a resolution may be reached.

Client Conduct Policy

Clients agree to conduct themselves respectfully with vendors, venues, and partners involved in curated experiences. Its.Curatd reserves the right to discontinue services if client behavior jeopardizes vendor relationships or violates professional standards.

Governing Law

These policies and agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland
