Do I need to know which tier to choose?

No. During our discovery process, we guide you toward the most appropriate level of service based on scope and complexity.

What is the difference between Curated and Premium?

Curated focuses on experience design and streamlined planning for individuals or small groups.
Premium includes active coordination, multi-element management, and is recommended for larger groups or experiences requiring deposits and vendor communication.

Do you handle reservations?

Yes. Reservation assistance is included within Curated (up to two elements). Additional coordination may require an upgraded tier or enhancement.

Do you work outside of Washington, D.C.?

Yes. While based in Washington, D.C., Its.Curatd serves the greater D.C. metropolitan area as well as select destinations. Availability for destinations outside the region is determined based on scope and level of involvement.

How far in advance should I inquire?

Lead time depends on the scope and complexity of your request. While 2–3 weeks’ notice is ideal for most experiences, we understand that not all plans are made far in advance. Time-sensitive requests may require a higher level of coordination.We encourage you to reach out regardless of timing—we’ll assess feasibility and guide you accordingly.

Do you offer memberships?

Services are currently offered on a per-engagement basis. For clients seeking ongoing support or a more continuous partnership, membership-style arrangements may be discussed following an initial engagement. If this aligns with your needs, we welcome the conversation.
